Hello, fellow pet lovers!
As a passionate cat sitter, every client brings a unique set of experiences. Recently, I had the pleasure of looking after two delightful cats — Pandora and Milo — each from different households, yet both equally charming in their own ways. Their owners entrusted me not only with the care of their beloved cats but also with the maintenance of their lush gardens. It’s a combination that I absolutely love, as it allows me to blend my love for animals with my passion for gardening.
Pandora
Pandora, a sleek and elegant black cat, thrives in a household where peace and tranquillity reign. During my visits, she relished the attention, purring contentedly as I fussed over her. It was clear she appreciated the extra company while her owners were away. At the remarkable age of 15, Pandora requires plenty of brushing and care to keep her long fur looking its best. Together, we worked through her knots, ensuring she remained as beautiful and well-groomed as ever.
Milo
Milo, a smooth and handsome tabby cat, thrives in a household where the garden is his peaceful retreat. During my visits, he absolutely loved the attention, enjoying every moment of being fussed over, brushed, and rubbing up against my legs as I prepared his breakfast and dinner. He would purr contentedly and then potter down the garden with me, on some days, I'd find him adorably curled up in a plant pot having a nap. How cute!
My Passion for Plants
This task was a true labour of love, especially with the summer heat bearing down on the plants. I took great care in watering the outdoor garden, making sure the herbs, flowers, and vegetables received enough hydration to flourish. I find great satisfaction in watching a garden grow and thrive, knowing that my efforts are helping to nurture something beautiful.
Bringing It All Together
Combining my love for cats with my passion for plants creates a fulfilling experience that I cherish. Pandora and Milo, though different in their personalities and needs, both brought joy and warmth into my life during our time together. The added responsibility of caring for their owners’ plants allowed me to immerse myself fully in the experience, tending to the life around me with care and dedication.
