Terms and conditions:

1. Introduction

By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering. This competition is being run by Hols Pets: Pet Services and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of Burton & Derby, UK.

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Competition Period

• The competition will begin on 01/08/2024 and end on 01/09/2024 at 12:00am (GMT).

• Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• Visit our Facebook page

• Complete the entry requirements as described in the post and above.
  

5. Prizes

• There are three hampers available to win:

1. Dog Hamper

2. Cat Hamper

3. Rabbit Hamper

• One winner will receive one hamper of their choice.

• Only one hamper per person is allowed.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

• Winners will be notified via Facebook messenger within 7 days of the competition closing.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be delivered locally within Burton and Derby, UK.

• No international or non-local deliveries will be made.

• Winners will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time.

8. General Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Hols Pets: Pet Services reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.

• Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hols Pets: Pet Services.

9. Data Protection

• By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Hols Pets: Pet Services accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

• Hols Pets: Pet Services further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.

11. Governing Law

• This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
